Character by repetition

“Our character won’t stand strong in the storm if we haven’t sat in the rain.”

Character needs to be developed to be available at the time of need and we get the opportunity to do this hundreds of times per day, every time we pick the right thing over the easy thing.

You know it, I know it, it’s always there. The little voice convincing us that the easy way is fine. Quiet that voice as often as possible.

We need more people fighting the easy.

Repetition, repetition, repetition. It’s how we get better at anything.

We must continually and consciously choose good reps for good character.
