We are our habits

We are not the sum of external validation or opinion. We are the sum of our habits and actions.

Tonight’s one is purposefully short for effect. Read it again and fully embrace it.

Then ask yourself: “What are some of the good habits that define me and what are some of the bad?”

The answer to both these questions are okay. Give yourself an honest evaluation of those habits and then ask yourself one more question: “Who do I want to be?”

This next part is the extremely tough but rewarding part; start to build the habits each day that align with the person you just decided you want to be.

Never forget that you decide.
