It's not so much that life is short, but that we waste most of it if we aren't careful. Moments are what life is about and there are no ordinary ones. Pay close attention to as many of them as possible.
Present in nature
Go for a decent sized hike and get a little exhausted. Sit down somewhere to rest and let the sun fall on your skin. Notice how it feels. What patches are warm? Which ones are still cool?
