Ruthless

Judging other people is easy, almost too easy at times. Judging ourselves through the same lens however is much harder. If we spend more of our time every day ruthlessly assessing our own actions, we'll grow a lot faster and the world will be a more kind place.

One less day

Every day I have one less day on this earth, one less opportunity to make an impact. If that thought can't motivate me to action, what will?

Energy

We all have a limited amount of energy available to give every day. Regularly ask yourself where you are going to direct yours for maximum impact.

Complaining

Instead of complaining, ask yourself if there's something you can do to help make the situation better. If there is, do that instead. If there isn't, why waste energy complaining? Spend more time asking yourself what you can do rather than expecting someone else to have already done it.

No neutral

There's no neutral when it comes to growth. You're either getting better or you're getting worse. Choose to get better more days than you get worse and you will keep growing.

Build

When you face adversity weakly, you build weakness. When you face adversity with strength, you build strength. Both are a simple choice that contributes to your foundations. Build wisely. Separator

Humans can do pretty much anything with the right preparation. And therein lies the separator, as not all are willing to prepare.

Unmotivated

It's easy to do the hard thing when you're motivated. When everything is going well and the idea is fresh. There's an energy and magnetism pulling you towards the work. Then that fades.
