The best thing we can do is to lead by example.
Not to harp or lecture or judge.
Just act.
Act in the way that we believe is right.
Show them our strengths and weaknesses; our fears and vulnerabilties.
Show them how we overcome and move forward.
Show them how we don’t sometimes.
Show them that failure is okay; a gift even.
This is our challenge as leaders.
