The hard work will come.
It doesn’t care when, where, or how.
It doesn’t care how you feel or what is happening in your life currently.
It will come.
Some of the hard work will be of your choosing; parenthood, discipline, career, sports, challenging oneself etc.
Most of it will be involuntary.
The more voluntary hard work you do, the better you get at dealing with it, like any skill.
One of the greatest super powers in life is realising that you always have a choice.
When the hard work comes, voluntary or involuntary, you get to decide if you are going to suffer or if you will embrace it.
When the hard work comes, you get to tell the story.
