
Mindset is a collection of attitudes and beliefs.
I used to watch the top athletes crush workouts and clearly show mental toughness and think to myself that they must know this “one thing” that makes their mindset so great.
I thought that all I had to do was just learn this “one thing” and I too would crush the tough workouts and competitions without a hassle.
Ahh nope….
As I started trying to find this “one thing” I realised how wrong I was, it’s not one or two or three or four. It’s an arsenal of mental tools that they turn to at different moments of need.
We wouldn’t go into a game or competition without a ‘physical’ arsenal of skills but we all to often compete without the ‘mental’ arsenal.
This Project aims to change that.
