Hey guys,
I’m Dan Symonds and I have been asked by The Pride Active team to help out with running tips and endurance training.
Every couple of weeks I will be discussing and posting different training methods and some of the best ways to get the most out of your training. We will also debunk some of those running and fitness myths out there.
I am here to answer your questions, so feel free to ask as many as you need.
So a little bit about me:
I’m a sponsored ultra marathon runner specialising in the 100km and 12hr events. I am also an accredited running coach and have written articles and reviews for a number of running magazines.
I have competed all over the world in such events as the 24hr Worlds Toughest Mudder, 50km Mountain Ultra and Snowshoe Race in Canada. Along with a number of other events.
I have been ranked in the top 10 in Australia for the past 2 years in the 100km and 12hr events and hold an Australian age group record.
I’m here to give advice and help answer your running questions. I want to start by asking you all what topics you would like to see covered? Think about anything from building speed, endurance and cardio to running apparel and accessories.
